Automatic Tilting Gravity Casting Machine for Shock Absorber Lifting Rings   This casting machine is equipped with multiple independent hydraulic core pulling demoulding units and adjustable uniform tilting pouring system, specially developed for aluminum alloy lifting rings and integrated lugs matched with shock absorbers of motorcycles and electric vehicles. It can cast aluminum alloy and copper alloy workpieces with annular cavities, side lugs, pin holes and multi-layer undercuts. Optimized to solve common casting defects of thin-wall ring parts such as porosity and shrinkage at stress positions, the low-speed tilting filling realizes sufficient gas and slag removal, making castings dense with stable mechanical performance and high dimensional accuracy. Adopted PLC touch intelligent control, the machine supports multi-cavity continuous automatic production to boost output and cut labor cost. It is widely applied to produce motorcycle shock lugs, electric vehicle suspension lifting points, integrated shock ring assemblies, serving electric motorcycle parts factories, metal shock accessory foundries.
